Hand Santiser effectiveness against Coronavirus study results here
We offer both a high alcohol sanitiser in gel (green label and orange label) and an alcohol + benzalkonium chloride sanitiser in liquid (blue label)
Having a Sanitiser dispenser problem?
Dispensers; We have had 5 or 6 returns from dispensers and they were all problem 1 and an easy fix.
We test 1 in every 100 when filling to be sure they pump and have noticed both of the other problems at different times. Every dispenser has worked perfectly afterwards. In the event there is one that doesn’t work please contact us or take back to your outlet
Please note# The dispenser takes about 10-20 pumps to start, the gel is slower than the liquid.
Problem 1: The majority of problems is that the dispenser is screwed on too tight initially to start the pump. They are tightened to ensure they don’t leak in transport but sometimes need a little loosening to start.
Symptom: No air in, no pumping out.. You can normally ‘feel’ the pump not sucking and harder to push than normal.
Solution: Loosen the dispenser a little, pump until the liquid flows and then tighten the dispenser again
Problem 2: The tube may have kinked or coiled up.
We leave the full length in the bottle for both aesthetic purposes and also to supply extra tubing in the event it needs trimming if something is wrong.
Symptom: You can visually see the tube is kinked or has sprung off the bottom of the bottle.
Solution: Unscrew dispenser, and then..
If tube is not kinked: Attempt to coil tube around bottom of glass by turning anti-clockwise initially and then once the coil starts then screw the dispenser back on normally
If tube is kinked, (or the above doesn’t work) then remove dispenser, cut off approximately 40mm of tube at or above the kink and then reverse the tube in the dispenser (the tube is notched both ends and there should always be a notched end at the bottom of the tube to allow liquid flow). Replace and test.
Symptom,: Neither of the above works
Solution: Remove dispenser,
pull top from tube and remove the top piece from the white dispenser ( it pulls straight up and is easy to replace).
Rinse and blow through each piece to be sure there isn’t a blockage.
Re-assemble and test.
